Clear the visual distractions
Tidy counters and floors, straighten furniture, and remove personal paperwork or items you do not want visible online.
Walk the exterior
Move bins and vehicles out of the main view when practical. Tidy the entry and outdoor seating areas.
Check the light
Replace visibly mismatched or burned-out bulbs. Discuss blinds, curtains, and timing with the photographer.
Plan for people and pets
Arrange a calm window for the shoot and let the photographer know about access details or areas that need special care.
